s start with cream blushes from elf cosmetics. 

E.L.F Cosmetics Putty Blush

This blush formula velvety, with a creamy formula that melts into the skin. It has Argan Oil and vitamin e that help moisturize the skin. The blush lightweight and buildable. Which is a good thing for me since I go a but heavy on the blush. Also the blush goes from a cream to semi-matte finish.  In my opinion I will be buying this later on in the year. Its $6 which is a good price in my opinion. 

Milani Cheek Kiss Cream Blush

This blush retails for $8.99. For Milani it a fair price. They say that this blush is natural flush of color on the skin. Also that it's lightweight, buildable, and non greasy. So far it sound like a good cream blush. I may buy it who knows. It's infused with pomegranate, watermelon, and rose extract. Also has vitamin A,C, and E to hydrate and brighten. I don't know about the rose extract. My skin is doesn't do well with rose.
